Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator (1099 Remote Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and professional learning teams with outreach and fulfillment of digital and training services
• Manage outbound phone follow-up with school and district contacts and assist with customer support requests
• Create and update records in business systems and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a school or district setting
• Comfort with making outbound phone calls for follow-up
• Ability to accurately enter large volumes of alpha/numeric data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience using NetSuite is a plus
