Order Fulfillment Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Lead in Order Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of customer orders and manage the provisioning lifecycle
• Oversee site readiness activities and coordinate test and turn-up readiness
• Handle ticketing processes and ensure timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of relevant experience in lieu of education
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Able to maintain password integrity and ensure non-disclosure of client-specific information
• Ability to meet set KPIs and goals for reliability, efficiency, and quality
• Must possess work authorization in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
