Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Specialist to manage order fulfillment tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews of customer orders and manage them through the provisioning lifecycle
- Oversee site readiness activities and coordinate test and turn-up readiness
- Handle the ticketing process, ensuring timely resolution of issues and processing MACD service requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Able to maintain password integrity and ensure non-disclosure of client information
- Must comply with set work/break schedules to meet service levels
- Ability to adhere to and report information security-related incidents promptly
