Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Specialist to manage order fulfillment tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer orders and manage them through the provisioning lifecycle
  • Oversee site readiness activities and coordinate test and turn-up readiness
  • Handle the ticketing process, ensuring timely resolution of issues and processing MACD service requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to maintain password integrity and ensure non-disclosure of client information
  • Must comply with set work/break schedules to meet service levels
  • Ability to adhere to and report information security-related incidents promptly
