Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full life cycle of sales orders, the fully remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will process project sales orders, coordinate with various departments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining master data.

Key responsibilities

• Process project sales orders in the MRP system according to fully executed contracts and established procedures
• Manage the lifecycle of sales orders by executing changes and coordinating with different departments
• Monitor open sales orders and follow up with teams to ensure timely transaction completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience analyzing data and resolving issues in sales documents and deliveries
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backorder management, and inventory management
• 2+ years of hands-on ERP experience with systems like NetSuite or SAP
