Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the last mile of product delivery from the warehouse to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders across fulfillment channels, identifying stalled shipments and flagging issues
• Own the escalation process for fulfillment failures, providing timely updates to customer service
• Track 3PL performance and lead chargeback recovery efforts for fulfillment failures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment coordination, or supply chain support
• Experience with Amazon platform operations including Seller Central, FBA/FBM, or MCF
• Proficiency in order management systems and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and holding logistics partners accountable
• No specific degree required; relevant supply chain or logistics certifications are a plus
