Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the last mile of product delivery from the warehouse to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders in real-time, identify stalled shipments, and escalate issues
• Own the escalation process for fulfillment failures and provide timely updates to Customer Service
• Track 3PL performance and lead chargeback recovery efforts for fulfillment failures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment coordination
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and order management systems
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and holding them accountable
• No specific degree required; relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus
