Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the critical last mile of order delivery, the full-time remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will monitor real-time order statuses, proactively identify and escalate fulfillment issues, and ensure accountability with 3PL partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all open orders across fulfillment channels in real time and identify stalled shipments
• Own the escalation process for fulfillment failures and provide timely updates to customer service
• Track 3PL performance against SLAs and lead chargeback recovery efforts for fulfillment failures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment coordination
• Fluency with Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, or MCF at a working proficiency
• Proficiency in order management systems and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Experience coordinating with 3PL logistics partners and holding them accountable
• Clear written communication skills for concise escalation of issues
