Job Summary
Supporting the Order Administration team, the temporary Order Management Deliver Operator will manage and fulfill medical equipment spare part and tool orders while providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, working remotely for a duration of 9 to 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding order inquiries and requests
- Track shipments and backorders, escalating issues as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, customer service, or supply chain
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Call center experience preferred
