Order Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the fulfillment of intercompany transfers and purchased goods, the remote or hybrid Order Fulfillment Specialist will analyze order backlogs, ensure accurate promise dates based on inventory, and report on fulfillment performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze the open order book and recommend achievable promise dates based on inventory availability
- Own reporting and provide actionable insights on fulfillment performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to resolve fulfillment issues and optimize outbound shipments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations or a Business-related major preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, particularly with intercompany transfers and third-party sourcing
- Proficiency in Excel, AS400, SAP, and Hyperion/Toad reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement in delivery and order cycle time
