Order Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the full life cycle of sales orders, the fully remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will process orders in the ERP system, collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintain master data while potentially working occasional evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- Process project sales orders in the MRP system according to fully executed contracts
- Manage the lifecycle of sales orders, executing changes and coordinating with different departments
- Monitor open sales orders and follow up with teams to ensure timely transaction completion
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and resolving issues in sales documents and deliveries
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backorder management, and inventory management
- 2+ years of hands-on ERP experience with systems like NetSuite or SAP
