Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Analyst to support global customers and collaborate with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert on order entry processes, including booking policy and PO requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders while collaborating with Sales and other teams
  • Analyze deals in the pipeline and resolve issues or inquiries from Sales as they arise
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Order Management or a related role in a high-tech industry
  • Ability to work extended hours during month-end close periods
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in data analysis and capable of making decisions with imperfect data
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and enterprise CRM order management systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
