Order Management Associate
Job Summary
Owning the full order lifecycle, the full-time remote Order Management Associate will process healthcare orders, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate with providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Key responsibilities
- Process healthcare orders end-to-end, including insurance verification and inventory checks
- Communicate with providers to resolve missing information or clarify order details
- Meet and grow order volume and accuracy targets throughout training and beyond
Required qualifications
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) or medical supplies is a plus
- Ability to balance a high volume of work without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable receiving frequent, direct feedback and adjusting quickly
- Collaborative approach to work, open to different workflows and communication styles
