Order Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Consultant to manage customer orders from submission through fulfillment and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer orders for accuracy and compliance
• Create, release, and activate orders in the ERP system while maintaining accurate order status
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with financial requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-6+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and Oracle
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts in SaaS and Services business
• Experience in an Order to Cash (O2C) department with access to delivery and billing
• Experience supporting complex or multi-element orders
