Order Management Contractor

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing technology client, the fully remote Order Management & Billing Operations Contractor will manage end-to-end sales-assisted orders, create third-party marketplace offers, and perform quality reviews while ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and provision sales-assisted orders, validating terms and provisioning customer access using Salesforce and internal tools
• Create and manage third-party marketplace private offers, translating pricing and coordinating buyer acceptance
• Conduct quality reviews on processed orders to ensure accuracy and completeness for billing and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in order management, billing operations, or related commercial operations functions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce order workflows and pricing validation
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or AI technology products is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with cloud marketplace private offers, especially AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving processes
