Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Coordinator 2 - Building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate Business Class customer orders from submission through installation
  • Ensure contracts meet submission criteria and compliance requirements, approving or rejecting as necessary
  • Act as a subject matter expert for peers and mentor less tenured employees
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced technical knowledge related to order management
  • Experience in customer interaction and scheduling installations
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems for order tracking and monitoring
