Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate Business Class customer orders from submission through installation
- Ensure contracts meet submission criteria and compliance requirements, approving or rejecting as necessary
- Act as a subject matter expert for peers and mentor less tenured employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced technical knowledge related to order management
- Experience in customer interaction and scheduling installations
- Ability to navigate multiple systems for order tracking and monitoring
