Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to monitor and process purchase orders while ensuring accurate data entry and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and process all new and renewal customer orders
- Maintain accurate order data in the company CRM system and ensure consistency with the Finance database
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve order discrepancies and communicate with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, particularly Excel or Sheets
- Comfortable meeting to set daily and weekly performance metrics
