Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to monitor and process purchase orders while ensuring accurate data entry and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and process all new and renewal customer orders
  • Maintain accurate order data in the company CRM system and ensure consistency with the Finance database
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve order discrepancies and communicate with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, particularly Excel or Sheets
  • Comfortable meeting to set daily and weekly performance metrics
