Job Summary

Managing commercial service orders, the full-time Order Management Coordinator will accurately interpret, process, and oversee orders from initial receipt through completion while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities
  • Enter and verify commercial orders in the order entry system, ensuring all product and network requirements are met
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm that orders meet customer specifications for provisioning
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in telephony, customer service, or data entry
  • 1+ years of experience using a PC with various software packages
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and provisioning practices
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM and manage multiple tasks effectively
