Job Summary
Managing commercial service orders, the full-time Order Management Coordinator will accurately interpret, process, and oversee orders from initial receipt through completion while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify commercial orders in the order entry system, ensuring all product and network requirements are met
- Manage multiple time-sensitive orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm that orders meet customer specifications for provisioning
Required qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of experience in telephony, customer service, or data entry
- 1+ years of experience using a PC with various software packages
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and provisioning practices
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM and manage multiple tasks effectively
