Order Management Operator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Order Management Deliver Operator will process urgent spare part and tool orders, respond to inquiries from field service engineers, and track shipments while ensuring accurate fulfillment and collaboration with logistics partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and manage urgent spare part and tool orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
• Respond to a high volume of phone and email inquiries from field service engineers and other stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve order delays, inventory discrepancies, and other semi-complex fulfillment issues

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or customer service
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service focus with clear communication skills via phone and email
