Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Order Management.

  • Manage and process customer orders ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
  • Utilize Salesforce to input and track data related to sales orders
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Deal Desk team to gather and verify information for order processing
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for order management
  • Strong background in Sales Order Management within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in supporting sales teams with order-related tasks
  • Fast and accurate typing skills for managing numerical and text data
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to processes
