• Process simple to complex orders and handle customer inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency
• Manage escalated cases to resolution and identify process gaps
• Create and maintain documentation while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with a Business or Marketing degree
• Proficient in Salesforce and SAP systems
• Enterprise Order Management experience (end to end)
• USA citizen based in the USA
• Experience in customer service and process improvement projects
