Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order fulfillment process from entry to cash collection, ensuring compliance with contractual and business requirements
• Communicate with field and headquarters personnel to ensure timely order management and maintain order backlog quality
• Collaborate with shared service teams on change order management and drive continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 15 years of experience
• Current or previous experience in project management, customer relations, or order management roles
• Basic accounting skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues and customers
• Able to work extended hours and weekends during peak times of the year
