Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management (OM) Specialist to manage and optimize order flow processes for large-scale clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently identify and resolve blocked orders to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage order discrepancies, including adjustments, cancellations, and manual entries
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Order Management systems and processes
  • Previous experience in managing large, multinational client orders
  • Background in coordinating with multiple teams for bug resolution and order discrepancies
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
