Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Management (OM) Specialist to manage and optimize order flow processes for large-scale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently identify and resolve blocked orders to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage order discrepancies, including adjustments, cancellations, and manual entries
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Order Management systems and processes
- Previous experience in managing large, multinational client orders
- Background in coordinating with multiple teams for bug resolution and order discrepancies
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
