Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Order Management Specialist to assist in processing orders and maintaining renewal records in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small-sized customer renewal records in Salesforce and assist in the renewal quote process
  • Support internal and external customers with order-related issues and monitor dashboards for undelivered invoices
  • Ensure timely generation of renewal reminders and accurate post-renewal invoice processing
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of work experience in Order Management
  • General knowledge and basic experience with computers and business office software
