Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Manage open orders, including fulfillment processes and resolving delivery or payment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and optimize account metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and database software
  • Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
