Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Manage open orders, including fulfillment processes and resolving delivery or payment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and optimize account metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM tools and database software
- Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
