Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist, responsible for managing the flow of incoming physician orders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately index orders while maintaining a 98% accuracy rate
• Communicate with provider offices, schedulers, and facility staff as needed
• Advise hospital departments of schedule changes and support patient scheduling as required

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in typing
• General knowledge of medical terminology
• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred
