Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to manage the purchase order lifecycle for hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end purchase order management across the hardware supplier base and retail channel
• Translate dollar costs by SKU into purchase orders based on forecast and Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Audit and clean up open POs while establishing a process to prevent backlog from recurring

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5 years in order management, procurement operations, or supply chain planning
• Experience managing purchase orders in an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
• Strong understanding of the purchase order lifecycle
• Comfortable working with forecast data and translating demand signals into orders
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
