Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to support order management activities in a fully remote contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming Purchase Orders for accuracy and compliance with quotes
• Create manual orders and manage cross-functional communication with Fulfillment teams
• Document and send Proof of Delivery to customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, order management, or related post-sales operations role
• Working knowledge of purchase order review and quote-to-order validation processes
• Familiarity with approval routing and documentation control practices
• Experience using Salesforce
• Understanding of contract compliance and closeout procedures
