Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Sales Operations Team, the full-time Order Management Specialist will manage the timely delivery of dealer orders by scheduling production, prioritizing orders, and liaising with dealers and suppliers in Duluth, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Reallocate available products to fulfill dealer orders and manage specification change requests
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to manage future build requirements driven by dealer orders
• Schedule dealer orders for production at plants or suppliers while managing company inventories using FIFO methods

Required qualifications

• Internship to 3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in agricultural or heavy equipment manufacturing
• Familiarity with JD Edwards (OneWorld) and SAP is a plus
