Job Summary
Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal sales teams, the full-time Contract Order Management Specialist will guide orders from inquiry to delivery, assist customers in navigating HVAC solutions, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for dealer and sales partner inquiries related to order management
- Process customer orders and manage the order journey from placement through invoicing
- Monitor order reports to identify and resolve issues, contributing to operational excellence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or supply chain is a plus
