Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Order Management Subject Matter Expert will oversee order processing, ensure compliance with export control policies, and enhance order management systems to support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order processing lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Implement and maintain compliance with export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order management systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in order management and supply chain processes
• Strong understanding of export control regulations, particularly ITAR and EAR
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience with order management software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
