Order Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Rejection Project Manager to oversee rejected order recovery activities and manage a team of Order Processing Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily queue of rejected orders, ensuring alignment to SLA targets and prioritizing team workload
• Support team in investigating rejected orders, ensuring adherence to procedures and resolving issues
• Track team performance metrics and provide operational visibility into order processing health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of four years of experience in order management, sales operations, or project coordination
• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
• Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Ability to manage workload in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment
