Job Summary
Managing an advertising operations team, the full-time Manager, Order Monitoring & Management will ensure the compliance and implementation of digital and linear ad campaigns while driving workflow efficiency and operational quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a team responsible for fulfilling advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of ads, including compliance with contractual and formatting requirements
- Lead the resolution of technical and operational issues while monitoring live campaign performance and optimizing delivery goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in advertising operations or a related field
- Experience in managing teams, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
- Proven ability to develop processes and improve operational efficiencies
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms and technologies
