Order Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Operations Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track order processing efficiency and analyze key performance indicators
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the order management process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Design and maintain automation solutions to streamline workflows and minimize manual intervention in order processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in order operations, business analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other reporting and data analysis tools
• Experience with order management systems and workflow automation tools
• Understanding of data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
