Order Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Operations Manager to oversee the customer opportunity booking process and improve the Quote-to-Cash infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and book sales orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Manage the conversion of closed-won opportunities into billing schedules and revenue recognition events
• Lead process transformations and ensure seamless collaboration between Sales and Finance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Order Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of order management processes and systems, particularly in Salesforce and CPQ tools
• Experience with Enterprise deal structures and adherence to booking policies
• Able to lead cross-functional projects that drive transformations in order-to-cash processes
• Experience with CSP Marketplaces is a plus
