Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Order Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day order operations across direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring efficient workflows, contract compliance, and high-quality CRM data.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all product lines, ensuring operational efficiency
- Design and optimize workflows to accelerate the order-to-revenue cycle and enhance accountability within the Sales team
- Manage vendor intake, customer onboarding, and RFP processes while aligning contracts with revenue recognition standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash/ERP software
- Strong foundational knowledge of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch
- Ability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership and hold teams accountable to data and process standards
