Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Order Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee day-to-day order operations across direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring efficient workflows and contract compliance while managing customer onboarding and RFP processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all product lines across direct and indirect sales channels
  • Design and optimize operational workflows to enhance the order-to-revenue cycle
  • Manage vendor intake, customer onboarding, and operational requirements for RFPs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash/ERP software
  • Strong knowledge of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles
  • Proven ability to build and scale operational processes from scratch
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex workflows effectively
