Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processing Lead for their GTM Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders from staff or customers, maintaining customer files and providing price quotations
  • Complete order sheets, check price and quantity, and distribute order sheets to departments
  • Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders

Required Qualifications:
  • Concentrated knowledge in one professional discipline or advanced knowledge in multiple areas
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and mentor others
  • Ability to translate functional and/or professional theory into applied business success
  • Experience in developing solutions to complex operational, technical, or functional issues
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
