Job Summary
Owning the operational lifecycle of amendments and change orders, the full-time Order Processing Liaison will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure efficient processing of customer-requested changes for Hyperscale clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments and change orders from opportunity creation through installation
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Sales Engineering, and other operational teams to facilitate order administration
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and data integrity across Salesforce and supporting systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a business-related focus preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in telecommunications, sales operations, order management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, MACDs, and service delivery processes
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability
