Order Processing Liaison

Job Summary

Owning the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments and change orders, the full-time Order Processing Liaison will coordinate across various teams to ensure efficient processing of customer-requested changes for Hyperscale clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the operational lifecycle of amendments and change orders from opportunity creation through installation
• Serve as the primary operational coordinator among Sales, Sales Engineering, and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and monitor operational change activity to ensure timely completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a business-related focus preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in telecommunications, sales operations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle management and service delivery processes
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives
