Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders and online orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and manage orders in WooCommerce and SAP Ariba
• Verify order details, pricing, and product information before submission

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
• Experience with WooCommerce, SAP Ariba, or similar systems is a plus
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
