Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processing Rep/Associate Fulfillment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers
• Researching and analyzing legal documents, and submitting them to the Secretary of State
• Communicating progress to customers and internal teams while resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts or 4 years of customer service experience
• 4 years of customer service experience, including order entry/management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Adobe and ability to learn new applications quickly
• Experience in finance, banking, or legal fields is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal phone support
