Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completes full-cycle processing of incoming standard lead time orders and changes, ensuring accurate entry of order data
• Responds to customer inquiries related to orders, changes, or shipping status through various communication channels
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to resolve order issues and support customer needs

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. diploma or GED required
• Experience in a customer-facing, operations, or call center environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order entry or customer service systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a service-oriented or order processing environment is a plus
