Job Summary
To provide an effortless customer experience, the full-time Order Processing Specialist will manage the creation and maintenance of service orders and customer accounts while ensuring data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, collaborating with internal teams to address inquiries and optimize order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process various types of service orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to pricing and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to gather information, resolve order issues, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Maintain customer account data integrity within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and communication across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a business-related focus
- Minimum of three years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
- At least two years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with multiple business units
