Order Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processor to manage the ordering of raw materials for installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify proper quantities of raw materials based on color selection sheets and floor plans
• Order materials from approved vendors and communicate delivery statuses to warehouse staff
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate order processing and maintain product information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bilingual experience in English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Thorough knowledge of products related to installation processes
• Strong organizational skills for tracking ordering and production information
