Order Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processor, responsible for receiving and processing incoming work orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely entry of customer selections into the order processing system, including initial pricing
• Identify and escalate gaps in ordering information, research shortages, and provide accurate details on issues
• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and maintain customer rituals regarding selection and billing

Required Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; specialized skills training/certification may be necessary
• 0-2 years of order entry and customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
