Order Provisioning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Provisioning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of order management for high volume work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Interact with internal and external customers to obtain necessary paperwork and advise on order status
• Coordinate number porting and service changes while troubleshooting issues with inventory and porting orders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Associate degree, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of business experience in order management, telecom customer service, and porting
• Experience with EMEA port orders is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and applications
• Organized self-starter with a strong work ethic
