Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Specialist, Sales Velocity to enhance customer experience and manage service orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage various types of service orders to maximize customer satisfaction
• Review sales orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper pricing and auditing
• Provide real-time support for sales and internal teams, addressing order concerns and maintaining data integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field preferred
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Support with order entry experience
• Minimum of two years in the Telecom industry preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a strong plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
