Order to Cash and Record to Report Global Process Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) Global Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for O2C and R2R processes
• Oversee the design and development of financial applications, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Implement training programs and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial system implementation focused on O2C and R2R processes
• Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., D365, Concur, SAP) in a functional or technical role
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP) preferred
