Order to Cash Lead

Job Summary

Combining hands-on transactional work with team leadership, the full-time hourly Order to Cash Lead will manage the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and cash application, in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform daily Order to Cash activities, including invoice generation and collections outreach
• Review work orders for accuracy and support timely billing across multiple service offerings
• Identify process issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or Order to Cash functions
• Experience in HVAC, home services, or service-based industries is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to serve as a senior team member or workflow lead
• Strong understanding of service-based billing tied to completed work orders
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, QuickBooks Online, or Dynamics
