A company is looking for an Order to Cash Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a 15-person team across billing, receivables, and collections
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing teams in billing, receivables, and collections
• Proficiency with ERP and billing systems, such as Oracle Fusion or NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills to optimize processes using data
• Knowledge of internal accounting controls and compliance requirements
• Leadership and change management experience
